http://cdimage.ubuntu.com/ubuntu-server/daily-preinstalled/20230920/mantic-preinstalled-server-riscv64+unmatched.img.xz lacks u-boot on partitions 13, 14 and therefore cannot be booted.

Commit e14379f40531600d48e456ef6cb00fd9329a458e appears to have mangled the subarch being matched on to "sifive_unmatched" which... is not matched.

The subarch is that shown in the url: riscv64+unmatched, subarch is "unmatched"
