Bug Description
The Blender you get in Ubuntu with `sudo apt install blender` is awful. It gets slower and slower after two hours of working. Crashes on large files. And won't render, giving the error: "Built without Open Image Denoise". If you instead use the latest Blender LTS from the Blender website everything works perfectly.
But you can't install that Blender version automatically, you have to take longer doing the download and extract manually.
Please keep your APT packages up to date with the latest version of software in Ubuntu. Otherwise this OS is not trustworthy and wastes users time.

Blender 3.6.2 fails to build from source in s390x and riscv64.
I'm attaching the debdiff that fixes the issue in s390x[1], and probably in riscv64 as the initial device pointer errors were the same in both (I cannot build for riscv64 in my PPA as that requires Launchpad administrator privileges).
