Bug Description
My environment:
Pop!_OS 22.04 LTS (based on Jammy), x64, I'm using Gnome as my DE.
I have the following Wine packages installed, all at version 6.0.3~repack-1:
fonts-wine
libwine:amd64
libwine:i386
wine
wine-binfmt
wine32:i386
wine64
Wine typically adds a window menu to all its windows to mimic what Windows does. The menu has all the boring window resizing options, four of which (maximize, minimize, restore, close) typically have an icon attached to them, which is taken from some Wine-specific symbol font.
The problem is that instead of these icons, I'm seeing digits 0, 1, 2, and a square (see screenshot).

I have the same problem on Xubuntu 22.04

Apparently fonts from /usr/share/ wine/fonts are no longer picked up by wine version 6.0.3~repack-1
See this report confirming fonts from this location /usr/share/ wine/fonts is no longer picked up.

I noticed that this only affect new wineprefix created.
My other wineprefixes created more than a year ago don't have this problem.
