Bug Description
Debian has removed human-icon-theme:
RoQA; Obsolete, unmaintained, alternatives exist; Debian bug #1039065
It has not been removed from Ubuntu because breathe-icon-theme depends on it.
According to the description, breathe-icon-theme is "created and maintained by the Breathe Icon Team and
Ubuntu Artwork community"; however, the package has not been uploaded since 2009.
