secpanel downgrades after update gdebi won't install update

Bug Description

Binary package hint: secpanel

I have downloaded the newest secpanel_0.5.3-3_all.deb from the website in deb form. gdebi reports it as older version so I did dpkg -i secpanel_0.5.3-3_all.deb and now update manager wants to downgrade me to Version 0.41+0.4.2-3...
