Bug Description

As stated in (LP: #2026608), symbols tracking and a cleanup of debian/rules are needed to MIR lua5.4. Add a symbols file for the lua5.4 package, clean up lintian issues, and solve the build deprication warning:

deprecation warning during build:
> configure.ac:3: warning: The macro `AC_PROG_LIBTOOL' is obsolete.
> configure.ac:3: You should run autoupdate.
> aclocal.m4:114: AC_PROG_LIBTOOL is expanded from...
> configure.ac:3: the top level

Once this is fixed along with (LP: #2028192) then lua5.4 should be ready to be promoted to main.

This bug was fixed in the package lua5.4 - 5.4.6-0ubuntu2

---------------
lua5.4 (5.4.6-0ubuntu2) mantic; urgency=medium

  * Improve packaging in preparation for MIR (LP: #2028695)
    - d/configure.ac: Remove AC_PROG_LIBTOOL entry
AC_PROG_LIBTOOL is a deprecated macro for initializing libtool. LT_INIT
already covers this functionality so no other action is required.
    - d/liblua5.4-0.symbols: Add symbols file for lua 5.4 libraries
