Pi Camera 3 not working with Lunar

[Impact]

Attempting to use a Pi Camera 3 with Lunar results in:

When using the v8 raspberrypi kernel on Lunar, the camera works just fine so the Lunar raspi kernel is missing some required config options and/or patches.

Enable missing config option.

[Where Problems Could Occur]

This is a newly enabled module which is only used in combination with Pi Camera 3. A buggy module could lead to all sorts of problems (freeze, hang, crash, ...).

This bug is awaiting verification that the linux-raspi/6.2.0-1008.10 kernel in -proposed solves the problem. Please test the kernel and update this bug with the results. If the problem is solved, change the tag 'verification-needed-lunar' to 'verification-done-lunar'. If the problem still exists, change the tag 'verification-needed-lunar' to 'verification-failed-lunar'.

If verification is not done by 5 working days from today, this fix will be dropped from the source code, and this bug will be closed.

Verified on a fresh lunar desktop card with a v3 camera module. One still has to work around LP: #1923363 by adding the user to the "video" group, but once this is done the camera shows up in "cam --list" and works to show a preview and capture images.
