in lunar++, d/controls has dependencies for pkg-config which doesn't exist in these releases and was deprecated by pkgconfig

    - Keep using libkrb5, to avoid a component-mismatch

  * Depend on libidn-dev, not obsolete libidn11-dev.
  * Drop obsolete libgsasl7-dev. Closes: #1038323.
