"Lousiana" typo for "Louisiana"

Bug Description

The new GNOME clock applet offers the location "Lousiana". This is a typo for "Louisiana". See http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Louisiana (the Wikipedia page for "Lousiana" is a redirect to Louisiana with the category "R from misspelling").

Not a very big update but here is a debdiff to fix this.

libgweather (2.22.0-0ubuntu2) hardy; urgency=low
