Bug Description

flask-appbuilder 4.1.4+ds-3build1 fails to build from source against python3-flask-sqlalchemy 3.0.3-1 (see bug #2019860). It needs upstream work to support flask-sqlalchemy 3.0. Please remove flask-appbuilder 4.1.4+ds-3build1 from the archive until this bug is fixed in Debian.
