Bug Description
[ Impact ]
When resizing windows or regions that use the edge resize cursors (top_side, bottom_side, left_side, right_side in icons/src/cursors), the mouse target—canonically positioned at the very tip of the default cursor—is positioned on the "outer" triangle rather than between the triangles, as the cursor's symmetry might suggest. This can make it difficult to position the cursor accurately, especially for small resize handles.
[ Test case ]
1. Open gedit or gnome-terminal
2. Slowly move the cursor to a window edge from the inside of the window
3. When the pointer cursor changes from arrow to the resize one, it should be placed so that
the space between the two arrows are centered
[ Regression potential ]
Resize cursors are wrongly positioned when resizing
