Create vm from iso

How i can start instance and boot it form iso image ?

In horizon there is a option to select to create new image
but i skyline you can't choose any option if you have Cinder storage enable

Hello, you also can upload iso file when you create a image in skyline.
Then you can create server with that image, and you should add another disk.
After the server boot, the first device is your iso, the second device is the general disk.
