Binary package hint: kdenetwork-dev-kde4

Hi guys,

I found some false dependencies in kdenetwork-dev-kde4.
It depends on kdebase-dev-kde4 (>= 4:4.0.2-0ubuntu1~gutsy1~ppa3) but 4:4.0.2-0ubuntu1~gutsy1~ppa1 is the only available.

I'm using gutsy with the ppa repository and amd64.

  * Fixed dependancy on kdebase-dev-kde4 to use (>= source:Version)
    rather than binary:Version (LP: #201825)
