Description: Ubuntu 23.04
Release: 23.04

Intermittent - more often than not this works fine. However, sometimes unable to move window by left-click & drag on the title bar. Not sure what exact conditions are, maybe when alt-tabbing to a different window or when moving onto a different monitor. Upgraded to 23.04 late yesterday and it's happened about 4 times so far today. When it doesn't work - the dragged window just stays still, but relocating the mouse to lower on the window (say the menu bar) resolves the problem.

This bug doesn't just affect window movement (dragging), it also fails to properly select the window, so that it doesn't become the foreground window

I had been using 23.04 for over a month since the beta. This only started happening on my PC today. What happened? This is incredibly annoying :/

If you toggle maximised state with Super+Up or move left or right with Super+Left or Super+Right the window gets focused and dragging works again until you click inside a window again.
