Early RT and boot testing is still incomplete but I decided to go ahead with unblocking the derivatives. The results which are present look ok and the two blocking machines might have issues of their own.

Even with some bare metal being outstanding I think we also should not block on the boot testing. Given the timeline.

I can see no regression in RT. There are 2 unhinted SUT failures resulting from ftracetest hanging which I hinted as occasionally happening. Not sure one can hint SUT failures.
