I expected the debdiff to be based on 11120-0ubuntu1 in mantic, however it was based on 9904-0ubuntu5 in lunar. I created a debdiff between 11120-0ubuntu1 and 11289-0ubuntu1 and confirmed the only difference in debian/* was the changelog entry. I have restored the missing changelog entry and sponsored the upload.
