Default image viewer is GIMP, ubiquity screen missing theming

The default image viewer in Ubuntu Cinnamon is set to GIMP, which is not an image viewer.

Additionally, in the live image, the Ubiquity Welcome screen is missing theming.

A fix in the gsettings-overrides is needed for this.

Joshua ... for gnome based desktop environments you can define a defaults list which associates various mimetypes with apps in your seeds.

Can cinnamon do the same?
