Bug Description
Tested the network installer for PPC from http://
The driver itself is 'fec_mpc52xx' and depends on the following modules:
fec_mpc52xx_phy
libphy
bestcomm_fec
bestcomm_core
Please add these modules, as on the EFIKA network install is the easiest to achieve.

Hi CzP,
Does this issue still exist with the final Hardy Heron 8.04 release? The reason I ask is that is looks like the fec_mpc52xx driver is enabled:
ogasawara@ yoji:~/ ubuntu- hardy/debian/ config$ grep -rn "CONFIG_ FEC_MPC52xx= " * config. powerpc: 62:CONFIG_ FEC_MPC52xx= m config. powerpc- smp:58: CONFIG_ FEC_MPC52xx= m
powerpc/
powerpc/
Thanks.
