yaru-cinnamon theme missing some tweaks

The Yaru Cinnamon theme provided in the ubuntucinnamon-environment package contains out of date icons, and has some UI bugs in the cinnamon component of the Yaru-Cinnamon theme.
The issues are fixed in the 23.04.3 release, https://github.com/Ubuntu-Cinnamon-Remix/ubuntucinnamon-environment, commit 002ce67
