Double icon in the dock starting system-monitor

Bug Description

I have gnome-system-monitor pinned to the dock (favorites).
When i click the icon in the dock a new icon with the red dot appears in the dock instead adding the red dot to the 1st icon.

Similar problem (double icon) with snap-store and stellarium

Snap store issue is different (see https://gitlab.gnome.org/Community/Ubuntu/gnome-software/-/issues/12), in stellarium case I need to check the snap, but I did not notice it in archive version.

The version of stellarion i'm using is NOT a snap
