It seems to me that BIOS has driver problem.
When booting the error BIOS message it is showed every time.

"ACPI BIOS Error" is very common and not something to worry about. The Linux kernel just complains about any imperfect BIOS design, and most BIOSes are imperfect.

The fact that you can see that message at all is the real bug, which is being tracked in bug 1970069.

This isn't an important bug so no I would not downgrade just to avoid it.

The problems are:

1. Computer manufacturers ship machines with buggy BIOSes all the time.

2. The Linux kernel complains loudly on most machines about a buggy BIOS, even though there's nothing you can do to fix it.

3. Ubuntu accidentally shows those complaints during boot (bug 1970069).
