Some buttons and edit entries on applets dialog cannot be translated into Chinese, still show English.
Reproduced steps:
----------------
1. Install language package to support specific language, such as Chinese language by command "apt-get install language-pack-zh language-
2. Generate .mo file by command "msgfmt -o zh_CN.mo zh_CN.po"
3. Copy zh_CN.mo file to /usr/share/
4. Install language-selector by command "apt-get install language-selector", then set default language to Chinese.
5. Restart hildon-desktop to make language setting take effect, then launch applets to check.

This is a problem of *localization* which we (i.e. the moblin team) are not responsible for. We are only responsible for *internationali zation* which is enabling the packages to be translated. The moblin applets package already has some localization done because it inherited much of its code from gnome-control- center, which was already localized for 79 languages. Therefore many of the strings are going to be untranslated and this is the correct behavior.
