Feature Description:

The driverctl command as shipped doesn't allow to list persisted override definitions.

The necessary code is already upstream:
ec102481 driverctl: add list-persisted command

Please update to driverctl > 0.111 should it be released or add the commits up to this one.

Since there is no version >0.111 (at least not as of today)

I've added a commit from the upstream (ec102481bd0d5a0163f46c8b081bb5bd0d072978) which means the package will be in sync again with the next merge of an updated Debian package.
