It happens with go1.19, which compress debug symbols itself.

This bug was fixed in the package telegraf - 1.22.3+ds1-0ubuntu2

telegraf (1.22.3+ds1-0ubuntu2) lunar; urgency=medium

  * d/rules: Don't run dh_dwz.
    golang/1.19 compresses debug symbols itself. (LP: #2002369)
