mythweather and mythtv -common file clash on upgrade to 0.21

Upgrade logs attached, the interesting part is:

dpkg: error processing /var/cache/apt/archives/mythweather_0.21.0-0ubuntu0mythbuntu1_amd64.deb (--unpack):
 trying to overwrite `/usr/share/mythtv/themes/default-wide/mw-background.png', which is also in package mythtv-common
dpkg-deb: subprocess paste killed by signal (Broken pipe)

the mythweather package ended up ot being installed at all.

a manual apt-get install mythweather installed it without any problem.

This bug was fixed in the package mythplugins - 0.21.0-0ubuntu2
