Bug Description

When mysql autopkgtests run on armhf, most tests fail due to a warning in the error log. The warning is:

[Warning] [MY-011037] [Server] The CYCLE timer is not available. WAIT events in the performance_schema will not be timed.

For example, see: https://autopkgtest.ubuntu.com/results/autopkgtest-lunar/lunar/armhf/m/mysql-8.0/20221205_031336_1945b@/log.gz
