[Remove] Please remove libcompizconfig-backend-kconfig from hardy

Binary package hint: libcompizconfig-backend-kconfig

libcompizconfig-backend-{gconf,kconfig} got renamed to compizconfig-backend-kconfig to match the Debian package names.
libcompizconfig-backend-gconf got already removed from hardy but libcompiz-config-backend-kconfig is still there.
