Bug Description

[Impact]
The system hangs after S3 with VMD mode is on.

[Fix]
Intel provides a fix and still under discussion
https://patchwork.kernel.org/project<email address hidden>/

Included in v6.2-rc1
d899aa668498 PCI: vmd: Disable MSI remapping after suspend

[Test]
Verified by us and ODM.

[Where problems could occur]
The VMCONFIG_MSI_REMAP bit is missing after S3, set it back won't lead to any regression.
