Bug Description

SRU Justification

[Impact]

MANA driver is not conforming to the HW specification in one small instance.

This request from Azure LSG team to backport the rmb patch to be backported in all the azure images. (https://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/netdev/net-next.git/commit/drivers/net/ethernet/microsoft/mana?id=6fd2c68da55c552f86e401ebe40c4a619025ef69)

Jammy and Kinetic will get this patch via stable updates.
