No choice selected on the 'Help improving Ubuntu' screen

Installing Kinetic, the 'Help improving Ubuntu' screen display neither of the options as selected but yet allows to click the next button.

thanks Nathan, the fix should be included directly in 0001-Add-Ubuntu-mode-with-special-pages.patch and not as an extra patch
