The asix driver is not up to date, and does not work

Bug Description
The xen kernel is missing the fix to make the asix driver work again:
Perhaps more amusingly, it actually has the inverse of that patch, since the stock kernel does have this fix, and the xen patch removes it.
Removing that portion of that patch and rebuilding the kernel allows my FA100 to work properly under xen.
