Related to https://bugs.launchpad.net/evergreen/+bug/1991344

While I was futureproofing the removal of the empty() function from RXJS, I noticed several files where rxjs properties are imported, but don't appear to be used. I didn't want to start removing them wholesale, just in case, and it wasn't in the scope of the original bug.

An example is in Evergreen\Open-ILS\src\eg2\src\app\core\org.service.ts, where Observable is imported from rxjs but never called in the file.
