Bug Description

[ Impact ]

 * Clicking the Reset All button on the Keyboard panel causes the
   application to close with a segmentation fault
 * This produces an unnecessary apport dialog to appear to report the bug

[ Test Plan ]

 * Open budgie-control-center
 * Navigate to the keyboard panel
 * Click "View and Customize Shortcuts"
 * Ensure one or more custom shortcuts have been created - you will see "Modified" against each category that has a custom shortcut
 * Click the Reset Alll... all buttons
 * Reopen the application and navigate back to "View and Customize Shortcuts"
 * Note that all custom shortcuts have been removed i.e. "Modified"

 * From the proposed repo install both budgie-control-center and budgie-control-center-data packages
 * Repeat the test plan above. You will note that no apport dialog will appear.

[ Where problems could occur ]

 * The patch itself is narrowly focussed to this specific area of the dialog to refresh the display. The actually enactment of resetting occurs
before the segmentation fault code is executed.
 * No other parts of budgie specifically requires this capability - it is
   a user convenience function.
 * Looking at the upstream codebase this is the only commit in this area
   thus there are no additional patches that could be needed. This is confirmed by running budgie-control-center on kinetic.
 * No other desktop environments use budgie-control-center so no impact is
   expected.

[ Other Info ]

 * N/A

Issue specifically with Jammy - does not occur for kinetic.

Reproducible by clicking the reset-all button on the keyboard panel

If the bug is fixed for the devel series, then please mark it as such. The SRU team has no way to know (or no time to spend looking at the history) if a bug is fixed in the later series so that the upgrade path doesn't regress...
