Bug Description

Assuming that it doesn't require a FFe for Kinetic since the code is only active on LTS series.

Expose more of the Ubuntu Pro (aka Ubuntu Advantage) services instead of just Livepatch.

Thanks Robert. A few questions
1) Is the Kinetic target correct?
2) Can you elaborate more on the desired work? I'm not entirely sure what changes are desired from this description.

This bug is a bit of a placeholder at the moment - we'll get this landed into kinetic first and then update this to SRU the change back to the older releases.

The Kinetic target is correct, even if the service isn't available on non LTS serie we need the code to be merged in the current serie before being backported by SRU rules
