g-c-c translation handling broken due to missing dh_translations override

From the latest kinetic buildlog:

   dh_translations
dh_translations: warning: more than one meson translation domain found (gnome-control-center-2.0,gnome-control-center-2.0-timezones), don't know which one to use

Previously d/rules included this override:

override_dh_translations:
 dh_translations --domain=gnome-control-center-2.0

Somehow it seems to have been dropped, though. Maybe, to reduce the risk it gets unintentionally dropped again, it should be added to the debian/master branch instead of the ubuntu/master ditto?

This bug was fixed in the package gnome-control-center - 1:43~rc-1ubuntu2

Our best practice is to have a long list of "remaining changes" when we merge from Debian which can act as a checklist of changes, but this list doesn't currently exist for gnome-control-center.

Right, Jeremy, I realized that a "remaining changes" list might have made a difference. OTOH, even with such a list I suppose it's desirable to minimize the delta. Hence my suggestion to 'upstream' those lines to Debian's d/rules, which Sebastien also committed.
