Left-over cursor visible on second screen

[ Impact ]
When I move my mouse between screens, every once in a while a leftover cursor remains on the screen I just left. Moving to that screen again fixes.
[ Test Plan ]
1. Set up a dual-monitor system using open source graphics drivers only.
2. Log into a Wayland session (usually just "Ubuntu").
3. Wiggle the mouse between the two monitors.
Expect: The mouse pointer never gets left behind and frozen on the previous monitor.

Anywhere to do with screen updates since the entire triple buffering patch has been updated.

This sounds like (Fix Released) #1724977, but seems to happen on extra screens.
It may be related to different scales of my two displays (100% vs. 200%).

I have heard this is caused by the triple buffering patch. It's being tracked in:
