Please merge ferret-viz 7.6.0-5 into kinetic

Please merge ferret-vis 7.6.0-5 from Debian unstable main
to ferret-vis 7.6.0-5ubuntu1 Ubuntu kinetic universe.

One Ubuntu specific change is needed that caused a conflict,
which was introduced already with 7.6.0-4ubuntu1/jammy,
and is in debian/rules:
"export DEB_BUILD_MAINT_OPTIONS = optimize=-lto"

All quilt patches are still needed
and are in Debian as well as in Ubuntu
and are untouched:
