Bug Description

[Impact]

Currently the intel-iot images are using the older linux-intel kernel variants. Per product management decision, the new kernel that should be used for the Intel IOTG flavors is the linux-intel-iotg* variant (which can have various naming per-series).

At the same time, product management also decided that we should be pulling in the main kernel metapackage instead of only the image one.

[Test Case]

Build focal intel-iot images, check if resulting image has the right kernel pulled in (linux-intel-iotg-5.15).

Build jammy intel-iot images, check if resulting image has the right kernel pulled in (linux-intel-iotg).

[Regression Potential]

Unlikely, but mistakes could cause other flavors pulling in different kernels - or no kernels at all.

Verified by checking that the latest proposed-enabled daily build of focal desktop intel-iot and a manually triggered jammy desktop intel-iot resulted in images that pulled in the right 5.15 based intel-iotg kernels.

focal daily: http://cdimage.ubuntu.com/focal/daily-live/20220707/focal-desktop-amd64+intel-iot.manifest
jammy daily: http://cdimage.ubuntu.com/jammy/daily-live/20220707.1/jammy-desktop-amd64+intel-iot.manifest

...and we can see the header files pulled in as well, so the right packages are being used.
