Bug Description
libgweather4 is a replacement for libgweather.
We had to use a new source package name because libgweather used creative versioning when it bumped the API version.
libgweather has already been removed from Debian and we will remove it from Kinetic as soon as we finish the transition (which will require libgweather4 to be promoted to main).
Can we do a minimal MIR process here?

Owning Team will be Ubuntu Desktop. Team is already subscribed to the package.

We shouldn't need an MIR process here as it is a replacement for the existing source. However, this requires that you get all reverse-depends switched to use the new one so we can do a drop-in replacement.
