This is a new stable release in the GNOME 42 series:

Only practical impact is updating translations. But because translations for this package are handled with language packs and the next language pack update is probably shortly before Ubuntu 22.04.1, we don't need to SRU this currently.
Test Case
---------
Install the new eog-plugins
Open eog and enable a variety of plugins and make sure they seem to continue to work ok.
What Could Go Wrong
-------------------
Not included by default in any Ubuntu flavor.
This should fall under the GNOME microrelease exception since it is a part of core GNOME.
