Bug Description

This is a follow-up on the new feature bug #1884717

Currently, the button to update language packs on Admin menu → Development → Languages is called 'Sync', but we speak of an update on the page and thus should use that language on the button as well.

Since we speak of updating languages, the button
should state the same.
