No .desktop file for gpppon

Attached is a .desktop file for gpppon. It doesn't currently have one and it therefore doesn't appear in the gnome menu.

* You should use debian/compat instead of exporting DH_COMPAT in debian/rules.
* If you bump compat to 6, you should adjust debhelper build-dependency in debian/control accordingly.

This package currently depends on GTK1.2 so without it being ported to GTK2 nothing can be done (it wont build as the GTK1.2 heaqders have been removed from Hardy).

Lars Friedrichs has ported this to GTK2 so here is another debdiff, the the GTK2 stuff and all my previous changes plus some extra ones to make Lintian happy.
