plasma-optimus needs to reboot when switching GPU mode

Beginning in nvidia-driver-510, the driver does not recognize changes to nvidia-prime without a reboot so the driver can be reloaded in the initramfs. To accommodate this, plasma-optimus needs to reboot the system when a new prime mode is selected.

Fix above did not actually fix the problem but instead errored due to an undocumented qdbus change.
