Bug Description

sbd/1.5.1-1build1 is currently blocking pacemaker/2.1.2-1ubuntu3 migration in jammy because the fence-external DEP-8 test is missing a dependency on fence-agents-base, which contains the stonith:external/sbd agent.

sbd/1.5.1-1ubuntu1 does not fix the issue. The stonith:external/sbd resource is provided by src:sbd itself, the issue is that it relies on some metadata provided by resource-agents-extra, so no need to depend on fence-agents-extra. Sorry for the wrong fix.
