Bug Description
New for 22.04 - On logon we have a background check to display a notification of whether gdm is running with budgie - if it is then a notification is displayed informing them that screenlocking will be broken - use lightdm.
This check is unreliable - it only sometimes works - and is an annoyance to tmux users since tmux runs /etc/profile.d commands constantly.
Really the GDM check should be done within budgie-desktop itself - not on a logon profile script.
Recommendation is to remove this script. This will return us to the status-quo as of 21.10 where this check did not exist
