Bug Description

Package pkg-config-riscv64-linux-gnu is missing in Jammy.

gcc-defaults-ports has not been built for riscv64.

The changelog has:

* Stop building the cross pkg-config packages for Ubuntu.

But mk-sbuild --target riscv64 jammy requires pkg-config-riscv64-linux-gnu.

yes, we should change mk-sbuild to not require that anymore

affects: gcc-defaults-ports (Ubuntu) → ubuntu-dev-tools (Ubuntu)
