Bug Description
I'm unsure what's the real cause, but the doctests are available but not run.
A build with DH_VERBOSE shows:
dh_auto_test -O--buildsystem
pybuild --test --test-nose -i python{version} -p 3.10
I: pybuild base:237: cd /home/ubuntu/
-------
Ran 0 tests in 0.012s
OK
That directory it cd's into is empty.
