This looks to have been rebased from a version in -proposed, there is extraneous changelog noise which will close out bugs incorrectly.

RT: Lots of deployment failures. ubuntu_ltp_syscalls generally failed with 'Failed to create test_dev.img: ENOSPC (28)' on multiple tests. I'm ignoring those failures as test infrastructure issues.
