Bug Description

The libclass-dbi-sweet-perl has an autopackagetest failure blocking upgrading perl.
https://autopkgtest.ubuntu.com/results/autopkgtest-jammy/jammy/amd64/libc/libclass-dbi-sweet-perl/20220218_004833_252ee@/log.gz

The upstream has not been maintained since 2011 (https://metacpan.org/dist/Class-DBI-Sweet/changes).
There are no reverse dependencies.

We should drop this unmaintained package.

Not sure what "affects: debiantesting" exactly means in LP
terminology but in practice it does not affect Debian testing, as
the package was removed from testing at 2021-10-31:
https://tracker.debian.org/pkg/libclass-dbi-sweet-perl

https://bugs.debian.org/995402 also shows no testing in the version
graph bubble.

Therefore this also didn't affect the perl 5.34 transition in Debian.

(I'm a bit surprised why this is a problem in Ubuntu as the situation
that we have a couple of broken packages in unstable happens every
year / for each perl transition.)

Cheers,
gregor
