mythbuntu: small update to ltsp plugin

Hi,

here's a small update for the Mythbuntu plugin.

* Do not fail if /etc/mythtv/mysql.txt is missing. Warn the user instead.
* Do not install ltsp-client because it pulls in unnecessary cruft. Just install mythbuntu-diskless-client which depends on ltsp-client-core - that should be enough to get us up and running.
* Some whitespace changes - intendation was incorrect.

Forgot to mention one change:

* mythbuntu-diskless-client comes with a init script to set up X. Update the plugin to prevent it from being filtered out.

Forget everything I've said - I'll add a better diff tomorrow. Sorry for the noise, but I found a better way :)

Here's the new diff.

* don't override $ARCH
* filter out ltsp-client-core from startup scripts (X setup is now done using xdebconfigurator and dexconf in the mythbuntu-diskless-client package)
* don't filter out ltsp-client-setup - somethings are useful and some are necessary (like /etc/hosts setup)
* fix indentation
* write out default lts.conf
* install mythbuntu-diskless-client instead of ltsp-client

Oliver,
can you please move debian/extras/030-mythbuntu to debian/extras/031-mythbuntu? I'd like to make sure that 030-default-lts-conf does not overwrite my lts.conf. It's not critical because ltsp-client-core isn't executed anyways, but I want to be on the safe side.

The diff is pretty much unreadable due to whitespace changes. If you'd like to review changes in detail, I can provide a clean version.
